Divorce laws are mandated by Nevada Revised Statutes (NRSs).  All Nevada Revised Statutes (NRS) and Nevada Administrative Code (NAC) are available online at the Law Library.  The Nevada Law Library can be accessed by visiting the Nevada Legislature and Legislative Council Bureau's Web Site. Official Divorce forms can be used in any Nevada District Court and can be found at the Nevada Supreme Courts website.  Forms can also be obtained at Second Judicial Court of Washoe County.
