problem and what action you feel should be taken as a result of
the problem. You may wish to review the information
provided by the Nevada Attorney General's Office on their

unresolved, you can:
Review
the
Consumer Protection
information provided on the Nevada Attorney General's
website
Visit
FightFraud.nv.gov's Automotive page. It lists
various automotive subjects, where to get more information,
provides links to their complaint forms and provides other
contact information.
Visit the
Consumer Action Website. It is the Federal
Citizen Information Center and it provides useful addresses,
telephone numbers, and samples of complaint letters to help
consumers with various types of complaints.
Contact either the
Northern Nevada Better Business Bureau
or the
Southern Nevada Better Business Bureau.
The BBB keeps a database of all complaints that are filed
with them. This database is public information, and is an
excellent resource for "checking out a company." Depending
on the nature of the complaint, they sometimes contact the
company on behalf of the consumer.
Contact the
Federal Trade Commission (FTC).
While the FTC does not resolve individual consumer problems,
your complaint helps them investigate fraud, and can lead to
law enforcement action.
Seek legal counsel.
